When I got up this morning, I felt strange on my weight; I felt to heavy. I thought I was just too lazy to get up due to a tiring weekend with all the laundry and household chores.
I wanted to ignore how heavy I was feeling. I went to my daily morning routine. I felt more disturbed as I dressed up for work: my pants didn't fit the way it was. That was when I convinced myself that I'm gaining more pounds.
Today, I will start losing some pounds.
