As I wake up every morning, I usually start my day with a short prayer thanking the Lord for another day and for a new life. Then, I start on my daily morning routine.
I have no other thought but to look forward for a happy day — not just to feel happy but let others feel happy, too. Among the rest of course, I want my beloved husband be happy. For others, I may be overacting when I say I always want my hubby to be happy by doing everything for him. Yes, literally, I do everything. Sometimes Erwin, my husband, asks me if I am tired working at home, keeping our home clean, and cooking something new or special for the day. I honestly tell him, I am not... and I mean it.
For me , I will not get tired of loving. Showing love is my happiness. I love to see my husband having comfort, loving to be with me at home, and seeing him the delight of eating what I serve every meal. Yes, all of those make me happy.
Best of all, I am happy because Erwin does the same for me. He let me feel that I am loved every moment. For us the best thing and the best gift that the Lord gives us every day is the gift of love, sharing it with the person that we promise to be with forever.
Thank you, Lord, for every opportunity for us to share Your love.
